Vegas!
Two days until Epic Solo Road Trip 2010 commences. Am currently burning audiobooks into iTunes for the ride and scouting Google Maps for the most interesting routes to and from. Until then, one more class, one epic day’s worth of grading, and I’m outta here.
Solo road trip? Matt gets left behind?

By necessity and choice, yes, Matt stays behind. I’m meeting a couple girlfriends in Vegas for a girls’ weekend. I asked Matt to fly down and meet me when it’s over so we could drive back together via Yosemite or Grand Canyon for a mini break, but he wasn’t keen on the idea.
As it happens, I’ll be through your neck of the woods Friday afternoon — dropping Bruce’s saw and Aaron’s present from Garry off at your parents’ house.
